Communication

Few things I learnt about communication

  1. Golden rule – never respond when you are angry, never commit when you are happy
  2. If communication goes wrong, accept the mistake and move on
  3. No matter what is the position of the other person never feel small
  4. Be sure of what you talk
  5. Be open to others ideas
  6. Respect the culture and the feelings of the other person. A greeting in the language of the opposite person never harms
  7. Never forget to convey your regards to the family, if you know the person personally
  8. Treat the person in the same manner you would like to be treated
  9. Thanks and sorry are words said when you feel, never intend to demean these very useful and meaningful words.
